Gary Cockerill is new Brand Ambassador for Oriflame

You will have seen me try Oriflame foundation in another blog review on here. I really like their make-up which is popular in America and available online/brochure only at the moment. So I was pleased to see that they are making Gary Cockerill Brand Ambassador to spread the beauty word in the UK as I am a big fan of his glam make-up style. 
Swedish beauty company Oriflame announces celebrity make-up artist Gary Cockerill as its face and ambassador in the UK and Ireland. With a 20 year international repertoire of work, Gary’s previous clients include Eva Longoria, Rachel Hunter, Jerry Hall, Kelly Brook and David Beckham. Gary will become the UK and ROI representative for The ONE Collective, a collaboration with beauty and fashion influencers such as bloggers, make-up artists, models and stylists from around the world, who will inspire Oriflame’s new products. The partnership and the new range will be showcased at a series of press events in London during April when the make-up artist will be hosting a series of live demonstrations and answering questions about The ONE. Gary has previously worked with Oriflame’s network of consultants, delivering beauty training for the sales team and leaders.

 The celebrity world certainly has its share of sexy vegans, including Leona Lewis, Natalie PortmanAnne HathawayJared Leto and Joaquin Phoenix, but PETA wants to recognise all of the everyday people in the UK and Ireland who've said farewell to unhealthy meat, eggs and dairy products. 

That's why the group has just launched its 2014 Sexiest Vegan UK and Ireland contest, giving every person who has made the smart decision to go vegan a chance to shine. Two winners (one male and one female) will each receive a night for two and lunch at the beautiful Lancrigg Vegetarian Country House Hotel in Grasmere, Cumbria, plus a vegan dinner for two at Cumbria's elegant Zeffirellis restaurant. "Compassion for others is not only a sign of strength but also a big turn-on", says PETA's Yvonne Taylor. "Everyone who enters this contest is already a winner because they know that the best thing that people can do for animals, the planet and their own health is to go vegan." In addition to saving animals' lives, people go vegan for a variety of reasons, including the fact that vegans tend to be fitter and trimmer than meat-eaters, which makes them more attractive, too. Also, raising animals for food is a leading cause of water consumption and pollution, land degradation and greenhouse-gas emissions. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. The entry round ends at 3 pm on 27 March 2014. Vegans can enter the contest using this online form. The finalists - four men and four women - will be notified and featured on PETA's websites by noon on 2 April. Voting on the finalists to help PETA determine the winners will run from 2 to 11 April. With Blonde hair it is easy for it to become dull and pick up dirt easily, giving your hair a matt, darker blonde tone. I like to use natural products on my hair that don't strip it, just enhance it and Naked Blonder Shampoo and Conditioner do just that. At £3.95 each for a big 250ml size you can't go wrong with these products. he brand's ingredients are also Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly. 

SHAMPOO- The Shampoo subtly lightens blonde or highlighted hair with natural ingredients Camomile, Zesty Lemon and Cassia. It also has moisturising Sunflower Oil so sun baked dryness is a  no no, and without petrochemical residue so there dis no build up. Naked don't use harsh detergents, only gentle plant based cleansing ingredients so blonde hair looks shimmery. 
The smell of the shampoo is very subtle and lathers up easily in your hair so you don't need a lot. The amount of dirt that came out of my hair front his wash was a lot, but I didn't feel the shampoo was stripping my hair or anything (I had only washed it three days ago, but had been in London city). Instantly I saw that my blonde colour (which is coloured and tinted a Beige Blonde) looked cleaner, more sparkling and lighter. 

CONDITIONER- The Conditioner is light in texture and blends in easily to dry ends. After washing my hair I squeezed out the excess water and left it in for 2 minutes. You can smell more lemon in the conditioner and it washes out easily. My hair felt easier to comb through after using it. 

Here is my hair after it has been dried and you can see it is really shining and looking a lovely shade of blonde instead of a dull yellow colour. I love these products and will be using them again, especially after I have been up the city!

If like me, having your good pressure makes you feel like you are going to pass out and you want to check it yourself on a regular basis, then this system is perfect for you.

I have taken this to work and use it every week just to check that my blood pressure is normal as it was very high due to stress and I wasn't getting enough exercise. This has helped me keep on track and it is reassuring to see the levels drop. Now it always flashes green for me and I am in the normal chart area for blood pressure.
The screen results will flash red (Hypertension) if you are in an alert zone or amber (Prehypertension) if you are in-between and either if you have high blood pressure.

1. Pop the two AAA batteries you get in the box into the digital machine.
2. Roll up your sleeve and detach any watches or bracelets
    Put the cuff around any wrist with the digital side facing upwards
3. You can then adjust the wrist cuff so it is comfortable on your skin
4. Do not apply the wrist cuff too tightly
5. When it is comfy then you press the two sides of the velcro cuff firmly together
